Student Portfolio Development

Upon completion of my courses, I ask that the students produce a portfolio of all their work that they have created over the semester/year with me.  These are completed in a variety of ways including powerpoint, free online websites like carbonmade.com, or on a CD to be sent to colleges.  I always require that the students reflect on their experiences in the class through a guided artist statement.  The objective is that they complete the course by reflecting on their growth and learning in a professional manner.  The portfolio project sheets are attached.  Also attached are still images of some of the students actual websites.  Even a year after the students have graduated, they continue to update their work.  This is very rewarding for me as their art teacher.
